IMPORTANT:While Auditory Integration Training has been extremely effective for some individuals, no guarantee as to the effectiveness in any specific case can be made by Learning to Listen. Client outcomes can vary widely from individual to individual, and as such, no warranty is stated or implied.
NOTE: Auditory disorders are frequently reported in children with developmental delays and behavior challenges, including sound sensitivity and auditory processing. I HEREBY CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE ABOVE POINTS ABOUT AIT. I AM AWARE OF THE FACT THAT AIT IS NOT A CURE, AND THAT THERE MAY BE SOME SIDE EFFECTS OF A TEMPORARY NATURE. I WISH TO HAVE MY CHILD UNDERGO A COURSE OF AIT, REALIZING THAT RESEARCH HAS SHOWN THAT THERE ARE NO LASTING NEGATIVE EFFECTS, BUT THERE IS A CHANCE OF BENEFITS.
